•Photocopied page from unidentified census or allotment dated 1889 , page 25, highlighted names Lucinda , Henritta and Mary Belle Frigon. Other sur names are Acton, Boubien, Curley, Pe-a-dwa-dah (Nancy), Mahne Gagahdun, Mklesum qua, Oscum. 1 pg.
•Photocopied pages of Supplemental list for the Gardner Roll, 1890, list of people who could not prove enrollment to Citizen Band of Pottawatomie Indians due to insufficient information for enrollment. 2nd page is list associated with supplemental Roll, Billie Frigon highlighted name, other surnames on page McFarland, Willfelt, Tren, Greemore, Deloneas, Weld, Vieux, Moore, Bertrand, Palmer.2 pgs.

•Handwritten letter dated Oct. 7, 1864, to Major W.W. Rass, U.S. Indian Agent Pottawatomies Indian tribes, in reference to blood degree of wife and children from W. H. Weed other possible spellings Meed, Need (?). 3 pgs.
•Handwritten letter from Topeka Kansas Oct, 2, 1877, to Hon. Tho. Ryan , Washington D. C., referring to the approval of deed made by Mnitoqua to Paluice Etal, identifies Mnitoqua formally the wife of Leon Bourassa and Hillary Fregon and is known as Margaret Fregon from Lewis Hanlack. Archival notations for this letter 234-692 frame 715, 716, and 717 (archives not identified but could be National Archives for the United States). 3 pgs.
•Letter from Reserve Office Topeka, July 11, 1865, Charles B. Louis, to C. I. Mix (Nix?), Chief Clerk Indian Office, in reference to allotments of Margaret Bourassa now Mrs. Hawes (Haas?). 2 ps.
•Letter from Maple Hills Potawatomie Reservation Kansas, July 10, 1865 to the Hon. Secretary of the Interior Washington, referencing appeal to government for help with flooding on allotment of Rufas W. Waterman due to Hilary Fregon’s use of water on his wife’s allotment. 4 pgs.
•Affidavit type witnessed letter to the State of Illinois, Iraquois County, list of names to verify that Eugenie Francour is the eldest daughter of Eugene Bourassa Sr. died and was a member of the Citizen Band of Pottawatomie Indians and a Kansas Allottee, whom married Leopole Francour and that she had 4 children with him, there are signatures of Fregon, Godfrey, Curley, Lareau, and others. 2 pgs.
•Photocopy from the1907 Wabaunsee County Directory and History for Maple Hill, and references early settlers Bourassa family, Eugene Bourassa being head of family and the grist and saw mills they built in area, also handwritten notes on paper with some family/reference information. •Handwritten letter from Pottawattomie Agency dated Nov. (?) 31, 1863 referencing allotment of Hilary Fregon Sr. and Margaret Bourassa. Affidavit type documents, one from the Sac and Fox Agency I.T or O.T. dated April 10, 1888, certifying that Bettie Fregon is widow and heir of Hilary Fregon, signed by Alex Peltier Chairman and Joseph Moose Secretary of Citizen Band Potawatomi Indians business committee, and document from the St. Mary’s KS Pottawatomie and Great Nehaha Agency .certifying that P. M. Fregon is widow and administrative of estate of Hilary Fregon Jr. and mother/guardian of their children, dated April 30, 1888, signed by Mazhe and Zhayahno, chiefs. 5 pgs.
•Letter from the Department of the Interior dated Dec. 8, 1900 to Lee Patrick U.S. Indian Agent, Sac and Fox Agency, Oklahoma, referencing approval of deed dated from Henrietta P. Gragg nee Frigon allottee No. 516 conveying to R. E, McGhee. 2 pgs.
•Legal papers for Henrietta Frigon being 16 yrs. old would have attorneys take care of the farming and grazing lease agreements with individuals for her allotment land, dated April 1, 10 and 17th of 1896. 5 pgs.
•Letters: Dated August 9, 1877 from the United States Attorney District of Kansas, Topeka Kansas to Hon. Tho. Ryan Washington D. C., deed approvals for Margaret Fregin alis Mnitoqua (not Monitoqua) from Lewis Hanback, archival notations with this letter 234-629 frame 713-714 (2pgs). Letter from the Department of the Interior dated June 4, 1900 to Lee Patrick U. S. Indian Agent, Sac and Fox Agency , Okla. Referencing request of J.W. Hocker of Purcell, I. T. to purchase Henrietta V. C. Gregg (nee Frigon) allotment (1 pg.). Letter from the Department of the Interior dated June 4, 1900 to Lee Patrick U. S. Indian Agent, Sac and Fox Agency, O.T. dated August 11, 1899, in reference to complaint of nonpayment for lease of Bettie Frigons allotment. (1 pg.).
