Description2019.7.1- Wooden slat back chair with cushion with plain feet. Wooden chair with four horizontal slats down the back. Between the third and fourth slats is a strip of burlap with cotton behind it and sticking out around it. The burlap is attached to the chair with metal (rusted) tacks. The cushion is brown leather with hay as the stuffing (some hanging out of hole on the proper left side, see photographs). The armrests have a spun design where they are attached to the legs. The legs are plain. The chair appears to have been stained at some point.
2019.7.2- 19th century library chair style chair with turned style legs. Wooden chair with spun front legs and arm supports. The back legs are curved. There is no cushion. The back rest has a blue(?) and white cotton vertical stripe cotton material. On the back is burlap. In the middle is cotton with some sticking out on the proper right side. These are connected to the chair with metal tacks.
