Description1975 Business Committee Resolutions

Pott-75-1 - A Resolution declaring the support of the Citizen Band Potawatomi Indian Tribe for the proposal of the Central Tribes of the Shawnee Area, Inc. to contract with the Bureau of Indian Affairs for the Adult Education and Roads Maintenance Programs at the Shawnee Agency.

Pott-75-2 - A Resolution expressing the desires of the Citizen Band Potawatomi Tribe of Oklahoma to enter into a Memorandum of Agreement with the Bureau of Indian Affairs to administer the FY-75 Home Improvement Program for the Citizen Band Potawatomi Tribe.

CP-75-4 - A Resolution requesting the Economic Development Administration (EDA) to designate the Citizen Band Potawatomi Indian Tribe of Oklahoma Tribal lands in the vicinity of the town of Shawnee, County of Pottawatomie, Oklahoma, for EDA assistance.

CP-75-5 - A Resolution that the Citizen Band of Potawatomi Indians of Oklahoma, sell and convey to Southwestern Bell Telephone Company.

CP-75-6 - A Resolution requesting that microfilm received from Priscilla Sherard never be used for monetary purposes.

Pott-75-7 - A Resolution endorsing House of Representatives Bill number 11890 which declares that certain lands are held in trust for the Citizen Band Potawatomi Indians of Oklahoma.

CP-75-8 - A General Council Resolution authorizing the CItizen Potawatomi Business Committee to negotiate and employee, by contract, Mr. Paul Fairchild, or another qualified Attorney, to represent the Tribe as General Council.

CP-75-9 - A Business Committee Resolution enacted pursuant to General Council authorization of November 16, 1974, for said Committee to negotiate and enter into contract with an Attorney for General Council Services.

Pott-75-11 - A Resolution authorizing the Citizen Band Potawatomi Tribe of Oklahoma to submit a FY-76 Tribal Government Development Program Proposal.

Pott-75-15 - A Resolution of approval from the Citizen Band Potawatomi Tribe of Oklahoma that Central Tribes of the Shawnee Area, Inc., contract the office of Native American Programs Grant on its behalf for Fiscaly Year 1976.

CP-75-19 - A Resolution on expenditure of balance of FY-75 Tribal Operating Funds - Shawnee Agency.

Pott-75-21 - A Resolution requesting the Shawnee Agency of the Bureau of Indian Affairs to lease office space from C.T.S.A. Enterprises, Inc.

Pott-75-22 - A Resolution requesting the Indian Technical Assistance Center, Denver, Colorado, renew the Indian Action Program Contract for the Central Tribes of the Shawnee Area, Inc., for Fiscal Year 1976, for $480,000.00.

Pott-75-23 - A Resolution requesting grant assistance for C.T.S.A. Enterprises, Inc., from the office of Native American Programs of the Department of Health, Education and Welfare.

Pott-75-24 - A Resolution to endorse a Tribal Health Services Management Program.
