Pott-76-35 - A Resolution of approval from the Citizen Band Potawatomi Tribe of Oklahoma. That the Tribe apply for the Basic Grant under the Self-Determination and Educational Assistance Act, PL 93-638 from the Bureau of Indian Affairs, for the purposes as specified below and for the amount allocated to the Citizen Band Potawatomi Tribe under this act at this time.

Pott-76-36 - A Resolution requesting that lands conveyed to the Citizen Band of Potawatomi Indians of Oklahoma pursuant to the Act of August 11, 1963 (78 Stat. 393) and the Act of September 13, 1960 (74 Stat. 903) by Quitclaim Deed and subject to no restrictions because of Indian Ownership be redesignated restricted lands and maintained in trust by the Department of Interior for the aforementioned Indian Tribe.

Pott-76-38 - A Resolution to contract the Tribal Community Health Representatives Environmental Health Maintenance Program Proposal under Public Law 93-638 for Fiscal Year 1976 - 1977 and to appoint Gerald L. Peltier as Contract Administrator.

Resolution CP 76-40 - A Business Committee Resolution enacted pursuant to General Council authorization of, June 26, 1976, for said committee to negotiate and enter into contract with an attorney for General Counsel Services.

Pott-76-41 - A Resolution supporting the Superintendent, Bureau of Indian Affairs, Shawnee Agency, in his efforts to hire a Tribal Operations Officer, a Clerk-Secretary for tribal operations and a Secretary for the Housing Officer.

Pott-76-45 - A Resolution of approval from the Citizen Band of Potawatomi Indians of Oklahoma that the Tribe contract the Comprehensive Planning Program Grant from the Bureau of Indian Affairs, for the purpose as specified below and for the amount allocated to the Citizen Band Potawatomi Tribe for Fiscal Year, 1976.

Pott-76-46 - A Resolution of approval from the Citizen Band Potawatomi Tribe of Oklahoma that the Tribe apply for the Basic Grant under the Self-Determination and Educational Assistance Act, PL 93-638 from the Bureau of Indian Affairs, for the purpose as specified below and for the amount allocated to the Citizen Band Potawatomi Tribe under this act at this time.

Pott-76-47 - A Resolution authorizing the submission of a Health Management Program Proposal for funding under PL 93-638, to the Oklahoma City Area Indian Health Service Office.

Pott-76-48 - A Resolution approving the submission of the Shawnee Indian Health Service Advisory Board Proposal under the Public Law 93-638 Contract for the Community Development Program.

Pott-76-50 - A Resolution supporting the Shawnee IHS Advisory Board's desire to contract as a third party billing entity for the filing of health services claims for the Shawnee Service Unit Area.
