Pott-79-1 - A Resolution appointing John Schoemann to the Board of Directors of Central Tribes of the Shawnee Area Enterprises, Inc.

Pott-79-2 - A Resolution by the Business Committee of the Citizen Band of Potawatomi Indians of Oklahoma authorizing Walter D. Nelson, Acting Tribal Administrator, Sheila M. Hall, Secretary-Treasurer, and C. Jim Tacker, Councilman to sign all checks pertaining to tribal programs, payrolls, and expenditures from the general account.

Pott-79-3 - A Resolution to contract Indian Action Team funds under PL-93-638 for a three year period starting in Fiscal Year 1979.

Pott-79-4 - A Resolution of approval from the Citizen Band Potawatomi Tribe of Oklahoma that the Tribe apply for the Basic Grant under the Self-Determination and Educational Assistance Act, PL 93-638 from the Bureau of Indian Affairs, for the purpose as specified below and for the amount allocated to the Citizen Band Potawatomi Tribe under this act at this time.

Pott-79-5 - A Resolution to contract the WIC (Women, Infants and Children) Program frunds from the Department of Agriculture for a 12 month program to serve Indian residents in a seven county area.

Pott-79-6 - A Resolution to continue the Tribal Community Health Representative Program Proposal under Buy Indian Act for Fiscal Year 78-79 and to appoint Paul Schmidlkofer as Contract Administrator.

Pott-79-8 - A Resolution to support the Oklahoma Indian Council on Aging in their efforts to better the services to the Elderly Indian People of Oklahoma.

Pott-79-9 - A Resolution in which the Citizen Band of Potawatomi Indians of Oklahoma proposes to fund a National Young Adult Conservation Corps for Fiscal Year 1978 for the amount of $223,252.00.

Pott-79-10 - A Resolution to contract for comprehensive Planning Department of Interior, Bureau of Indian Affairs, for FY 1978 in the amount of $29,670.45.

Pott-79-11 - A Resolution by the Business Committee of the Citizen Band of Potawatomi Indians of Oklahoma authorizing the addition of John Schoemann as a fourth person to sign all checks pertaining to Tribal programs, payrolls, and expenditures from the General Account.

Pott-79-12 - A Resolution to authorize the expenditure of $1,500.00 for an audit of the General Account for the time period of July 1, 1977 to June 30, 1978 by an independent outside CPA Firm.

Pott-79-13 - A Resolution by the Business Committee of the Citizen Band Potawatomi Indians of Oklahoma to make application to the Oklahoma City Area Indian Health Services for PL 93-638 contracting funds for a Tribal Health Planning and Training Program.

Pott-79-14 - A Resolution by the Business Committee of the Citizen Band Potawatomi Indians of Oklahoma to apply for excess property under the Planning Grant for the United Indian Tribes of Western Oklahoma and Kansas through the Economic Development Administration, U.S. Department of Commerce.

Pott-79-17 - A Resolution by the Business Committee of the Citizen Band Potawatomi Indians of Oklahoma to make application to the Department of Labor for contracting funds for a prime sponsorship of a CETA Program.

Pott-79-18 - A Resolution in which the Citizen Band of Potawatomi Indians of Oklahoma proposes the funding of the PL 93-638 Training and Technical Assitance Contract application under authority granted in the Indian Self-Determination and Education Assistance Act.

Pott-79-19 - A Resolution requesting that the Shawnee Agency of the Bureau of Indian Affairs establish a Title 25 Court and Law Enforcement Personnel for the Citizen Band of Potawatomi Indians of Oklahoma.

Pott-79-20 - A Resolution in which the Citizen Band Potawatomi Indians of Oklahoma proposes to make application to IHS for contracting funds for prime sponsorship of a Health Management Systems Development Program for the Fiscal Year of 1979 in the amount of $15,000.00.

Pott-79-21 - A Resolution to assure program accountability authorizing John Schoemann, Tribal Administrator to sign monthly and quarterly BIA reports and invoices.

Pott-79-22 - A Resolution in which the Citizen Band Potawatomi Indians of Oklahoma, authorize Billy Burch as co-signer on all checks pertaining to tribal programs, payrolls, and expenditures from the General Account.

Pott-79-22A - A Resolution to adopt a procedure for receipt of Tribal Rolls Change Requests.

Pott-79-22C - A Resolution by the Citizen Band Potawatomi Indians of Oklahoma requesting that the thirty percent (30%) set-a-side from the Per Capita Payment to the Potawatomi Tribe be for land acquisition adn maintenance of Tribal property.

Pott-79-23 - A Resolution in which the Citizen Band Potawatomi Indians of Oklahoma proposes to submit a contract proposal to the Oklahoma City Area Indian Health Service for FY 79 PL 93-638 Tribal Project implementation and technical assistance funds to be used for an evaluation study of the Community Health Representative Program.

Pott-79-24 - A Resolution in which the Citizen Band Potawatomi Indians of Oklahoma authorizes the Tribal Chairman, Paul E. Schmidlkofer and Sheila M. Hall, Secretary-Treasurer to act on behalf of NAMA a Tribally owned corporation, to enter into negotiations regarding obtaining funding for the purchase of the Wilburton Carpet Mill effective February 6, 1979.

Pott-79-25 - A Resolution in which the Citizen Band Potawatomi Indians of Oklahoma proposes to adopt a Tribal Management System, included in the system are: 1. Personnel System, 2. Financial Records, and 3. Property Records.

Pott-79-26 - A Resolution from the Citizen Band Potawatomi Tribe of Oklahoma, agreeing to the requirements of the Flood Disaster Act of 1973 (P.L. 93-234) for the Community Development Block Grant Funds awarded in Fiscal Year 1979.

Pott-79-27 - A Resolution in which the Citizen Band Potawatomi Indians of Oklahoma expresses its desire to obtain a Planning Grant through Administration of Native Americans in the amount of $100,000 to assist the Tribe in developing the directional aspects of the Industrial Project of the Carpet Facility located in Wilburton, Oklahoma.

Pott-79-28 - A Resolution in which the Citizen Band Potawatomi Indians of Oklahoma proposes to make application to Department of Labor for contracting funds for prime sponsorship of a comprehensive employment and training act program for the Fiscal Year 1980.

Pott-79-29 - A Resolution in which the Citizen Band Potawatomi Indians of Oklahoma wishes to make application to the Oklahoma City area IHS for FY 1979 P.L. 93-638 Tribal project implementation and technical assistance funds in the amount of $34,249.50 to be used for an evaluation study of the Tribes CHR Program.

Pott-79-30 - A Resolution in which the Citizen Band Potawatomi Indians of Oklahoma proposes to grant authorization to Tribal administration, John Schoemann, in all Tribal matters, to authorize, to negotiate and to act in behalf of the Tribe.

Pott-79-31 - A Resolution in which the Citizen Band Potawatomi Indians of OKlahoma commits full support to the proposed Congeleum Carpet Facilities located near Wilburton, Oklahoma.

Pott-79-32 - A Resolution in which the Citizen Band Potawatomi Indians of Oklahoma proposes to contract with the Bureau of Indian Affairs to provide a Summer Youth Conservation Corps Program, for the benefit of the community youth.

Pott-79-33 - A Resolution in which the Citizen Band Potawatomi Indians of Oklahoma proposes to contract with the Bureau of Indian Affairs to provide Commercial Enterprise Development Services to it's Tribal members.

Pott-79-34 - A Resolution in which the Citizen Band Potawatomi Indians of Oklahoma proposes to make application to Department of Labor for Title VII Sub-Contracting funds through Central Tribes of the Shawnee Area, Inc. a prime sponsor, of a comprehensive Employment and Training Act Program for the Fiscal Year of 1980 and 1981.

Pott-79-35 - A Resolution in which the Citizen Band Potawatomi Indians of Oklahoma proposes to request a Bureau of Indian Affairs purchase order to provide Commercial Enterprise Development Services to it's Tribal members.

Pott-79-37 - A Resolution to contract Indian Action Teams funds under PL-93-638 for a three year period starting in Fiscal Year 1980.

Pott-79-38 - A Resolution to request funding pursuant to P.L. 93-638, Indian Self-Determination and Education Assistance Act, Part 272, Grants, from the Bureau of Indian Affairs for FY80.

Pott-79-39 - A Resolution to contract Housing Improvement Program funds under PL-93-638 for Fiscal Year 1980.

Pott-79-40 - A Resolution to object to the Central Tribes of the Shawnee Area, Inc.'s Operation of FY80 P.L. 93-638 contracts to provide Youth-Work-Learn-Program and Adult Education Program.

Pott-79-42 - A Resolution to vote on Formula Option Selection of Section 1102 (A) of P.L. 95-561, to develop alternative methods for the equitable distribution of JOM Supplemental Programs.

Pott-79-43 - A Resolution to continue the Tribal Community Health Representative Program Proposal under Buy Indian Act for Fiscal Year 79-80 and to appoint Paul E. Schmidlkofer as Contract Administrator.

Pott-79-44 - A Resolution to certify membership int he OCA IHS Advisory Board, Inc., for Fiscal Year 1980.

Pott-79-45 - A Resolution from the Citizen Band Potawatomi Indians of Oklahoma supporting the Shawnee Service Unit Health Plan developed and submitted under the Authority of P.L. 94-437, the Indian Health Care Improvement Act.

Pott-79-45A - A Resolution to contract Jerry Lewis to work for the Citizen Band Potawatomi Tribe in assisting the development of the Potawatomi Indian Nation Museum and Archives at one dollar ($1.00) per year.

Pott-79-46 - A Resolution to request funding pursuant to P.L. 93-638, Indian Self-Determination and Education Assistance Act, Part 273 Contracts from the Bureau of Indian Affairs for FY80.
