Description1981 Business Committee Resolutions

Pott-81-01: A Resolution for the Citizen Band Potawatomi Indians of Oklahoma to apply for funds in pursuant to Title VI of the Older Americans Act for Fiscal Year 1981.

Pott-81-02: A Resolution to hold harmless the Tribal Administrator, John David Schoemann, and his heirs and assigns, pursuant to the purchase of the below described tract of real property.

Pott-81-03: A Resolution appointing Don Dee Smith to the Absentee-Shawnee Housing Authority Board through September 18, 1983, replacing Carter "Jim" Tacker who has been filling the unexpired term of Robert Bruno.

Pott-81-04: A Resolution to contract the Special Supplemental Food Program for Women, Infants, and Children under Public Law 95-627 for Fiscal Year 1981.

Pott-81-07: A Resolution requesting the Bureau of Indian Affairs to call for a referendum election on the proposed revision of the Constitution and By-Laws of the Citizen Band Potawatomi Indians of Oklahoma.

Pott-81-09: A Resolution for the Citizen Band Potawatomi Indians of Oklahoma to submit a Grant Application to the Indian Health Service, Oklahoma City Area, to provide for P.L. 93-638 Health Management Development Funds to be used for the Health Planning Program for Fiscal Year, 1980.

Pott-81-10: A Resolution in which the Citizen Band Potawatomi Indians wishes to make known that they recognize the value of In-Hospital Care for the Indian People provided locally through Shawnee Service Unit Contract Health monies.

Pott-81-12: A Resolution in which the Citizen Band Potawatomi Indians of Oklahoma wishes to change the numbering of the Resolutions starting with July 1, 1980.

Pott-81-11: A Resolution to authorize the draw down of $30,000 from the interest accrued on the 20% set-a-side for the Scholarship Foundation.

Pott-81-13: A Resolution making certain assurances in connection with a preapplication for the Community Development Block Grant Program (CDBG Regulations 571.305(e), 571.703(b).

Pott-81-14: A Resolution to commit Tribal resources to maintain, insure and operate the Tribally owned public daily fee eighteen hole golf course, located upon Tribal Trust Property.

Pott-81-15: A Resolution in which the Citizen Band Potawatomi Indians of Oklahoma propose to contract with the Bureau of Indian Affairs to provide Commercial Enterprise Development Services to it's Tribal members.

Pott-81-16: A Resolution in which the Citizen Band Potawatomi Indians of Oklahoma proposes to contract with the Bureau of Indian Affairs to provide a Summer Youth Conservation Corps Program, for the benefit of the community youth.

Pott-81-17: A Resolution authorizing and showing public support of the Citizen Band Potawatomi Indians of Oklahoma's Indian Child Welfare Act Grant Application for FY81.

Pott-81-19: A Resolution establishing the Citizen Band Potawatomi Indians of Oklahoma Ordinance regulating the distribution and sale of tobacco products and/or liquor and beer products.

Pott-81-20: A Resolution to request roads maintenance funding from the Bureau of Indian Affairs.

Pott-81-21: A Resolution adopting a plan for the use of certain funds awarded by the Indian Claims Commission.

Pott-81-22: A Resolution to waive Indian preference in the matter of selecting Joe B. Walker as Superintendent of the Shawnee Agency, Bureau of Indian Affairs, under authority granted by P.L. 96-135, Section 2, (c)(1).

Pott-81-24: A Resolution to request funding pursuant to Agricultural Extension Program Services from the Bureau of Indian Affairs for FY81.

Pott-81-25: A Resolution in which the Citizen Band Indians of Oklahoma wishes to make known they recognize the value of Indian Health Services to the Indian Family.

Pott-81-27: A Resolution for the Citizen Band Potawatomi Indians of Oklahoma to enter into a contractual agreement with the Indian Health Service, Oklahoma City Area, to provide for P.L. 93-638 Indian Self-Determination funds to be used for the Community Health Representative Program for Fiscal Year 1982.

Pott-81-28: A Resolution to request funding pursuant to Special Supplemental Food Program for Women, Infants, and Children (WIC); Special Project Grants.

Pott-81-29: A Resolution for the Citizen Band Potawatomi Indians of Oklahoma to apply for funds pursuant to Title VI of the Older Americans Act for Fiscal Year 1982.

Pott-81-30: A Resolution approving the Kickapoo Tribe of Oklahoma in regard to Title VI Nutrition and Social Services of the Older Americans Act, may represent our tribal members who reside within the Kickapoo Tribe of Oklahoma Tribal land boundaries from September 30, 1981 through September 30, 1982.

Pott-81-31: A Resolution to request funding pursuant to HHS Administration for Native Americans funding for Fiscal Year 1982.

Pott-81-32: A Resolution adopting a plan for the use of certain funds awarded by the Indian Claims Commission.

Pott-81-33: A Resolution to request funding pursuant to P.L. 93-638, Indian Self-determination and Education Assistance Act, Part 272, Grants, from the Bureau of Indian Affairs for FY82.

Pott-81-34: A Resolution to authorize the draw down of $35,000 from the interest accrued on the 20% set-a-side for the Health Aid Foundation (10,000) and the Scholarship Foundation (25,000).

Pott-81-35: A Resolution to contract Housing Improvement Program funds under P.L. 93-638 for Fiscal Year 1982.

Pott-81-36: A Resolution to contract Indian Action Team Program funds under P.L. 93-638 for Fiscal Year 1982.

Pott-81-37: A Resolution for the Citizen Band Potawatomi Indians of Oklahoma to submit a grant application to the Indian Health Service, Oklahoma City Area Office, to provide for P.L. 93-638 Health Management Program funds to be used for the Health Planning Program for Fiscal Year 1982.
