V. Resolution 18-43-Ed: A resolution approving the Citizen Potawatomi Nation’s grant application for funding under the U.S. Department of Education’s Office of Career and Technical Education program (NACTEP).
VI. Resolution 18-44-Ed: A resolution approving the Citizen Potawatomi Nation’s application for funding under the U.S. Department of Health & Human Services Administration for Native Americans fy 2018 Native American Language Preservation and Maintenance program.
VII. NOTE: The physical meeting of the Citizen Potawatomi Nation Tribal Legislature scheduled for February 22, 2018 was cancelled due to severe weather. Those resolutions for grant applications with upcoming deadlines were approved electronically. Resolutions not voted on electronically will retain their same numbers and be added to the next meeting of the tribal legislature in order to avoid gaps in the archived resolutions.

IV. Resolution 18-47-NR: A resolution adopting the Citizen Potawatomi Nation’s updated Tribal Transportation Program Transportation Improvement Plan (TTPTIP) and approving submittal of the plan to the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA).
V. Resolution 18-48-NR: A resolution authorizing the Citizen Potawatomi Nation’s funding request to the Federal Highway Administration’s Tribal Transportation Bridge Program.
VI. Resolution 18-50-LCoE: A resolution of enrollment into the membership of the Citizen Potawatomi Nation.
VII. Resolution 18-53-Ed: A resolution approving the Citizen Potawatomi Nation’s “Center-Based Voucher and After School Program Child Care Services” application for funding under the fy 2019 Child Care Development Fund offered through the United States Department of Health and Human Services through the Bureau of Indian Affairs 477 program.

XI. Resolution 18-57-HHS: A resolution supporting an increase in funding for the Citizen Potawatomi Nation’s Sanitation Facilities Construction Program, P.L. 86-121, for Scattered, Existing Homes offered through the U.S. Indian Health Service (Project 18-E98).
XII. Resolution 18-58-HHS: A resolution supporting an increase in funding for the Citizen Potawatomi Nation’s Sanitation Facilities Construction Program, P.L. 86-121, for New and Like-new Homes offered through the U.S. Indian Health Service (Project 18-E97).
XIII. Ordinance 18-01-HHS-T18: An ordinance amending Title 18, Mental Health Adjudication and Treatment, of the Tribal Code of the Citizen Potawatomi Nation.
XIV. Resolution 18-59-ED&C: A resolution adopting a supplement to the State-Tribal Gaming Compact and authorizing the Tribal Chairman to execute and submit the supplement to the Secretary of the U.S. Department of the Interior.
XV. Resolution 18-60-J&PS: A resolution approving the Citizen Potawatomi Nation’s grant application for funding under the U.S. Department of Homeland Security 2018 Tribal Homeland Security grant program.

XII. Resolution 19-09-HHS: A resolution approving the Citizen Potawatomi Nation’s fiscal year 2018 Diabetes Grant – year 22 – proposal to the Indian Health Services under the Special Diabetes Program for Indian Tribes.
XIII. Resolution 19-10-NR: A resolution supporting the addition of new routes, as identified in Attachment “A”, to the Nation’s existing National Tribal Transportation Field Inventory (NTTFI), formerly the Roads Inventory Field Data System (RIFDS), and requesting the Bureau of Indian Affairs add these new routes to the National Tribal Transportation Inventory of the Citizen Potawatomi Nation.
XIV. Resolution 19-11-NR: A resolution adopting the Citizen Potawatomi Nation’s updated Tribal Transportation Program Transportation Improvement Plan (TTPTIP) and approving submittal of the plan to the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA).
XV. Resolution 19-12-ED&C: A resolution approving a Loan Agreement between the Citizen Potawatomi Community Development Corporation and the Citizen Potawatomi Nation Express Grocery of McLoud for the payment of equipment, construction costs and parking logs enhancements to provide a full-service grocery store within low-income census tracts.

IV. Resolution 19-13-R&G: A resolution approving the rescheduling of the quarterly meeting of the tribal legislature from Thursday, August 30 to Wednesday, September 26, 2018.
V. Resolution 19-14-R&G: A resolution appointing delegates and alternate delegates to the National Congress of American Indians (NCAI) annual session and authorizing payment of NCAI membership dues.
VI. Resolution 19-15-R&G: A resolution confirming the appointment of the members of the Election Committee and designation of Gary Bourbonnais as the committee chairman.
