III. Resolution 15-48-HHS: A resolution approving a memorandum of understanding between the Citizen Potawatomi Nation and AMERIND Risk Management Corporation for an offering of property and casualty insurance products to persons residing within the boundaries of the Citizen Potawatomi Nation.
IV. Resolution 15-49-HHS: A resolution authorizing the submission of a proposed Tribal Transit application for funding through the U. S. Department of Transportation, Federal Transit Administration, under the fy 2014 Public Transportation on Indian Reservations program.
V. Resolution 15-50-J&PS: A resolution authorizing and approving the renewal of a juvenile detention services agreement by and between the Citizen Potawatomi Nation and the Sac and Fox Nation.
VI. Resolution 15-51-J&PS: A resolution approving and supporting the Citizen Potawatomi Nation’s grant application for funding under the Department of Justice’s fy 2015 Coordinated Tribal Assistance Solicitation (CTAS) to continue development of comprehensive approaches to public safety and criminal justice.
VII. Ordinance 15-02-J&PS-T15: An ordinance amending Title 15, Drug Court, of the Tribal Code of the Citizen Potawatomi Nation to reflect the procedures of the new Healing to Wellness drug court.
VIII. Resolution 15-52-J&PS: A resolution approving and supporting the Citizen Potawatomi Nation’s one-time funding request to the Bureau of Indian Affairs – Office of Trust Services.
IX. Resolution 15-53-App: A resolution authorizing a request to the Bureau of Indian Affairs for disbursement of the balance of funds being held on behalf of the Citizen Potawatomi Nation.
X. Resolution 15-54-LCoE: A resolution of enrollment into the Citizen Potawatomi Nation.
XI. Resolution 15-55-J&PS: A resolution authorizing and supporting the fy 2015 Family Violence Prevention Services grant application to the United States Department of Health & Human Services’ Administration for Children and Families.
XII. Resolution 15-56-NR: A resolution authorizing the Citizen Potawatomi Nation’s participation in a climate change assessment program funded by the Bureau of Indian Affairs.
XIII. Resolution 15-57-LCoE: A resolution of enrollment into the membership of the Citizen Potawatomi Nation under special circumstances.

Resolution 15-59-ED&C: A resolution authorizing the Citizen Potawatomi Community Development Corporation’s proposed Microenterprise Program Application for funding through the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development under the fiscal year 2015 Indian Community Development Block Grant Program.
IV. Resolution 15-60-Ed: A resolution approving the Citizen Potawatomi Nation’s ‘Center-Based Voucher and After School Program Child Care Services” application for funding under the fiscal year 2016 Child Care Development Fund offered through the United States Department of Health and Human Services through the Bureau of Indian Affairs 477 Program.

Resolution 16-01-HHS: A resolution approving a memorandum of understanding between the Citizen Potawatomi Nation and AMERIND Risk Management Corporation for offering of property and casualty insurance products to persons residing within the reservation boundaries of the Citizen Potawatomi Nation.
V. Resolution 16-02-HHS: A resolution authorizing and accepting the proposed settlement agreement by and between the Citizen Potawatomi Nation and Glaxco-Smith-Kline, LLC.
VI. Resolution 16-03-R&G: A resolution approving membership into the United Indian Nations of Oklahoma, Kansas and Texas (UNIOKT) for the Citizen Potawatomi Nation, confirming delegates and authorizing payment of membership dues.
VII. Resolution 16-04-TC&A: A resolution approving transportation for tribal members to attend the 22nd Annual Potawatomi Traditional Gathering hosted by the Forest County Potawatomi in Carter, Wisconsin and monetary support for the host community or scholarship fund.

III. Resolution 16-09-R&G: A resolution approving the rescheduling of the Quarterly Meeting of the Tribal Legislature from Thursday, August 27 to Thursday, September 24, 2015.
IV. Resolution 16-10-R&G: A resolution confirming the appointment of the members of the Election Committee and designation of Gary Bourbonnais as the Chairman of the Committee.
V. Resolution 16-11-R&G: A resolution appointing delegates and alternate delegates to the National Congress of American Indians annual session and authorizing payment of NCAI membership dues.
VI. Resolution 16-12-ED&C: A resolution approving membership into the National Indian Gaming Association for the Citizen Potawatomi Nation and authorizing payment of membership dues.
VII. Resolution 16-13-ED&C: A resolution authorizing the Citizen Potawatomi Nation’s/Citizen Potawatomi Community Development Corporation’s proposed 2016 CDFI Grant Assistance Program grant application offered through the United States Department of the Treasury – CDFI Fund.
VIII. Resolution 16-14-HHS: A resolution designating Art Muller and Shawn Howard as Certifying Officers for the environmental review process for the Citizen Potawatomi Nation and delegating authority to perform categorically excluded and exempt activities to certified Housing Authority staff.
