Resolution 10-66-J&PS: A resolution approving and supporting the Citizen Potawatomi Nation’s grant application for funding under the Department of Justice’s fiscal year 2010 Coordinated Tribal Assistance Solicitation (CTSA) purpose area #1 – improve public safety and enhance community policing (COPS) and purpose area #3 – Bureau of Justice Assistance to develop and enhance the operation of tribal justice systems, Tribal Courts Assistance program (TCAP).
V. Resolution 10-67-J&PS: A resolution authorizing the donation of a used police vehicle to the Pottawatomie County Sheriff’s department.
VI. Resolution 10-68-J&PS: A resolution approving and supporting the fiscal year 2010 Family Violence Prevention service grant application to the United States Department of Health & Human Services Administration for Children and Families.
VII. Resolution 10-69-NR: A resolution approving a fee-to-trust acquisition application to the Bureau of Indian Affairs and request for trust acquisition of the (Non-gaming/On reservation) Giverny 22 East property
VIII. Resolution10-70-NR: A resolution approving the appointment of members to the Citizen Potawatomi Nation Floodplain Management Board.
IX. Resolution 10-71-HHS: A resolution supporting an increase in funding for the Citizen Potawatomi Nation’s Sanitation Facilities Construction Program P.L. 86-121 for Scattered Existing Homes offered through the U.S. Indian Health Service (Project OK 10-Q87).
X. Resolution 10-72-Ed: A resolution approving the Citizen Potawatomi Nation’s “Center-based, Voucher and After School Program Child Care Services” application for funding under the fiscal year 2011 Child Care Development Fund offered through the United States Department of Health and Human Services through the Bureau of Indian Affairs 477 program.
XI. Resolution 10-73-Ed: A resolution approving an increase in the Citizen Potawatomi Nation’s contract for support of the Public Law 102-477 Tribal Workgroup Special Projects.
XII. Resolution 10-74-NR: A resolution approving a program of purchase of undivided interests in trust allotments and authorizing the director of Real Estate Services to enter into negotiations to carry out such purchases.
XIII. Resolution 10-75-TC&A: A resolution approving the Citizen Potawatomi Nation’s grant application for funding under the U.S. Department of Health & Human Services Administration for Native American Language Preservation and maintenance Program.
XIV. Resolution 10-76-NR: A resolution supporting the update of the Citizen Potawatomi Nation’s Long Range Transportation Plan and requesting the Bureau of Indian Affairs implement these changes to the Nation’s Long Range Transportation Plan.
XV. Resolution 10-77-NR: A resolution supporting the addition of new routes, as identified in Attachment A, to the Nation’s existing Indian Reservation Roads Inventory and requesting the Bureau of Indian Affairs add these new routes to the Nation’s Indian Reservation Roads Inventory.
XVI. Resolution 10-78-NR: A resolution approving a fee-to-trust acquisition application to the Bureau of Indian Affairs and request for trust acquisition of the (Gaming related/On reservation) Bird Triangle property.
XVII. Resolution 10-79-NR: A resolution amending the Citizen Potawatomi Nation’s American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 Transportation Improvement Plan (TIP)) and approving submittal of the Plan to the Bureau of Indian Affairs.
XVIII. Resolution 10-80-NR: A resolution supporting the Citizen Potawatomi Nation’s grant application for a fiscal year 2010 Clean Air Act Section103 Tribal Air Grant through the Environmental Protection Agency.
XIX. Resolution 10-81-LCoE: A resolution of enrollment into the membership of the Citizen Potawatomi Nation.
XX. Resolution 10-82-TC&A: A resolution approving the Citizen Potawatomi Nation’s collaborative grant application with the St. Gregory’s University Mabee-Gerrer Museum of Art for funding from the Native Arts and Culture Foundation to plan for and produce a 2011-2012 exhibit featuring Potawatomi sacred objects belonging to the Milwaukee Public Museum and other public collections.
