LG.SELM.Feb.4-7.2019: Roll call. Special Electronic Legislative Meeting called to order. 1st item of business: Resolution 19-34-ED&C-A resolution approving a loan agreement between the Citizen Potawatomi Community Development Corporation, the Citizen Potawatomi Industrial Authority and the CPN for construction of a manufacturing facility, infrastructure and a transfer-loading facility. Motion made and passed. 2nd item of business: Resolution 19-35-ED&C: A resolution confirming a lease agreement by and between the Citizen Potawatomi Nation and Pro-Pipe USA, LLC. Motion made and passed. 3rd item adjournment:No further business before the Legislature. Motion to adjourn made and passed. Certificate approved Feruary 28th, 2019 (There are no vote totals voting for,opposed,absent and abstaining, these spaces were left blank.

Meeting called to order. 1st item of business: Resolution 19-46-App. A Resolution approving a memorandum of understanding by and between the CPN and the Shawnee County, Kansas Board of Commissioners and authorizing a contribution for signage at Skyline Park/Burnett's Mound. Motion to approve, motion passed. 2nd item of business:Adjournment, motion made and passed.
LG.SELM.April.12-16.2019: Roll call. Meeting called to order. 1st item of business:Ordinance 19-01-NR-Or-T40 an ordinance which shall be known as the 'Flood Damage Prevention Ordinance of the Citizen Potawatomi Nation', motion to approve and passed. 2nd item of business:Resolution 19-36-NR A resolution approving participation in the National Flood INsurance Program and adopting Potawatomi Ordinance #19-01-NR-Or-T40 entitled 'Flood Damage Prevention Ordinance of the Citizen Potawatomi Nation' motion to approve resolution, motion passed. 3rd item of business:Resolution 19-47-App: A resolution approving a 2019-2020 annual budget of $775,000 from the estimated earnings and interest on program money from judgement funds awarded by the United States Court of Claims, subject to approval by the General Counsel, pursuant to Article 5, Section 3 of the CPN Constitution. Motion to approve, motion passed. 4th item of business: Resolution 19-48-J&PS: A Resolution confirming the nominees for tribal judicial office subject to electoral confirmation by the General COunsel. Motion to approve, motion passed. 5th item of business: Resolution 19-49-HHS: A resolution authorizing and supporting a lease agreement by and between the CPN Health Services and First National Band and Trust Company for medical and imaging equipment. Motion to approve, motion passed. 6th item of business: Adjournment, motion made and passed.
