Resolution 20-39-NR: A resolution supporting the addition of new routes to the Nation’s existing National Tribal Transportation Field Inventory and requesting the Bureau of Indian Affairs add these routes to the National tribal Transportation Field Inventory of the Citizen Potawatomi Nation. XI. Resolution 20-40-LCoE: A resolution of enrollment into the membership of the Citizen Potawatomi Nation. XII. Resolution 20-41-App: A resolution authorizing the Tribal Chairman or his designee to open one or more interest bearing cash sweep public fund accounts with Bank7. XIII. Resolution 20-42-App: A resolution approving a 2020-2021 annual budget of $775,000 from the estimated earnings and interest on program money from judgment funds awarded by the United States Court of Claims, subject to approval by the General Council pursuant to Article 5, Section 3 of the Constitution of the Citizen Potawatomi Nation. Resolution 21-08-R&G: A resolution appointing delegates and alternate delegates to the National Conference of American Indians and authorizing payment of annual NCAI membership dues. VII. Resolution 21-09-ED&C: A resolution approving membership into the National Indian Gaming Association for the Citizen Potawatomi Nation and authorizing payment of membership dues for 2021. VIII. Resolution 21-10-NR: A resolution approving a fee-to-trust acquisition application to the Bureau of Indian Affairs and request for trust acquisition of the (non-gaming/on reservation) Church of God property. IX. Resolution 21-11-NR: A resolution approving the re-appointment and terms of office for Scott George and John F. Barrett as members of the Citizen Potawatomi Nation Floodplain Management Board. X. Resolution 21-12-NR: A resolution supporting the addition of new routes to the Nation’s Tribal Transportation Field Inventory (NTTFI) and requesting the Bureau of Indian Affairs add these new routes to the National Tribal Transportation Field Inventory of the Citizen Potawatomi Nation. XI. Resolution 21-13-NR: A resolution adopting the Citizen Potawatomi Nation’s updated Tribal Transportation Program Transportation Improvement Plan and Approving submittal of the plan to the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA). XII. Resolution 21-14-HHS: A resolution approving the Citizen Potawatomi Nation’s application for funding under the fy 2021 Lower Income Home and Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP). XIII.
